Job Overview

1. Formulate corresponding management templates according to PMC of the center, coordinate various departments as a whole, and arrange relevant data statistics/reports/meetings, etc.;

2. Coordinate and standardize all PMC functional business processes, open up business flows within departments/groups, and promote the horizontal development of processes;

3. According to the current logistics mode and PMC actual cost data, analyze and promote the cost improvement scheme;

4. According to the characteristics of business processes, explore the process pain points of headquarters-each base, formulate the pain point rectification plan, and promote the business performance of the department.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above in logistics engineering, logistics management, industrial engineering, management science and engineering and other related fields.
2. At least 6 years working experience in logistics planning position/comprehensive management/PMC;
3. Team management experience.
4. Strong logical thinking ability, good at communication and teamwork, strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
5. Good oral and written English skills

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

1. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
2. Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
3. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
4. Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
5. Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
