The Role:

The PM Experienced Cook is responsible for preparing and executing highquality dishes with consistency, precision, and strong culinary technique. The role works collaboratively with the culinary team, upholds strict foodsafety and sanitation practices, and contributes to a smooth, elevated service across all meal periods. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, professional knowledge of ingredients and cooking procedures, and experience in a hotel kitchen environment. A culinary degree is strongly preferred.

Based upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position. This person may be expected to perform other tasks and duties as needed or as directed.Furthermore, employee responsibilities andjobdescriptions are subject to review and revision.

Experience and Qualifications:

· A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

· High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

· Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.

· Minimum of three years (3) of relevant experience preferred.

· Experience with inventory controls (i.e. food, beverage, all kitchen supplies/utensils, and food and beverage waste).

· Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Ability to stand for long periods of time.

· Full availability for a PM schedule, with preferred flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
