The Role
As a Plumbing Estimator, you will support the Bid Estimating team, leading the plumbing scope on high-volume, large-scale new construction projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing detailed plumbing estimates for multifamily, commercial, high-rise, hospital, stadium, data center and mission-critical projects
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and bid documents
- Working within industry-standard estimating software (Accubid, McCormick, Procore, Trimble products or similar)
- Collaborating closely with internal preconstruction, project management and operations teams
- Supporting client-facing interactions where required
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Strong plumbing estimating experience on large-scale new construction projects
- Experience within multifamily, commercial, high-rise, healthcare, stadium, data center or mission-critical sectors
- Proficiency using estimating tools/software (Accubid, McCormick, Procore, Trimble or similar)
- Stable career history with strong tenure
Desirable:
- Previous field experience before moving into estimating
- Experience working on local projects and interacting with GCs/clients
- Growth mindset and team-oriented approach
