Key Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years of first-hand experience in leading cross functional, large scale, and highly integrated PLM implementation programs.
• Experience in managing, implementing, and rolling out PLM programs, preferably with Teamcenter PLM
• Knowledge about PLM integrations and business interactions with other systems such as CAD, ERP, or other boundary systems
• Solid project leadership skills combined with strong discernment and analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and a deep understanding of project, program, and portfolio planning and delivery.
• Strong business insight and customer focus
• Ability to multitask and balance daily activities with larger project deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Passionate about driving quality within a project organization
