  • Collaborate with IT to ensure Centric PLM is fully integrated with ERP, Adobe Illustrator, and other enterprise tools used across design and production teams.

Product Development Oversight

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
  • Track product development milestones, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Oversee change management processes (ECOs/ECRs) to ensure product changes are documented, reviewed, and approved efficiently.

Product Data Management

  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of product data including BOMs, specifications, drawings, and revision history.
  • Establish and enforce document control procedures to ensure compliance and traceability.
  • Drive adoption of digital twin and structured data strategies to improve product visibility across the value chain.

Team Leadership

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Provide training and support to ensure organization-wide competency in PLM processes and tools.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure product lifecycle processes comply with relevant industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on PLM KPIs, project status, and improvement initiatives to senior leadership.
  • Support audits and certification processes related to product management.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree or MBA is an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product lifecycle management, product development, or related roles.

WHAT WE OFFER
