This is a multi-faceted role that combines patient education, surgical coordination, and precise clinical photography within a detail-driven cosmetic surgery practice.

Core Responsibilities
Patient Education & Consultation Support
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries with clarity and professionalism
- Educate patients in depth about Dr. White’s techniques, philosophy, and surgical process
- Explain timelines, expectations, recovery, and procedural details
- Support the pre-operative and post-operative patient journey
- Reinforce the refined standard of care that defines our practice
- Collaborate with a high-standard team committed to excellence
This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build trust naturally. While not the primary closer, comfort discussing surgical investment and answering financial questions is important.
Clinical Photography & Documentation
- Capture standardized before-and-after surgical photographs with exacting consistency
- Ensure proper lighting, positioning, and framing for clinical accuracy
- Maintain organized and secure digital photo archives
- Prepare photography rooms and equipment according to established protocol
- Support patients with professionalism and discretion during vulnerable moments
- Assist with patient flow and overall office coordination
Precision in documentation is essential. These images represent the integrity of our surgical results.
