Plant Manager

We’ve been retained to recruit a Plant Director for an international brand with a growing U.S. manufacturing presence, based in Lexington, KY.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• BS degree (Engineering or related field preferred)
• A strong mechanical background and technical problem-solving skills
• 5+ years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment
• Proven success driving Continuous Improvement (Lean, TPM, or similar)
• A servant leadership approach focused on coaching and developing people
• Ability to track and improve KPIs across safety, quality, and productivity
• Experience with plant expansions or major capital projects (a plus)
