Planning Support – 2nd Shift
Job Summary
At Super Radiator Coils, the Planning team ties together all elements of our business from sales engineering to final shipment by translating customer demand into executable production schedules. Planning sets monthly revenue goals, helps determine shop capacity, influences order lead times, coordinates materials, balances machine and people resources across three shifts to level load a master production schedule, and assists
manufacturing leadership orchestrate multiple operations at once to ensure quality products are shipped on time.
The Planning Support position will provide administrative, analytical, and actionable support to the Planning team. This role will uphold clear and consistent cross-functional communication guaranteeing alignment on priorities, changes, and constraints across multiple shifts. Planning Support will reinforce execution of the master schedule by monitoring plan performance, identifying exceptions, and relaying risks or requirements to the appropriate
teams.
This role will report to the Production Scheduling Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities
- Day-to-day practical support for Planning outside of standard business hours, which can include, but is not limited to schedule adjustments, sub-schedule development, and planning audits.
- Compile, maintain, and interpret planning data to assist in forecasting, monitoring performance, and determining capacity.
- Multi-site and cross-functional coordination of transferred subcomponents and national account jobs to ensure reliability and accuracy of completion.
- Creation of stock coil finished goods in inventory within the ERP system for real time on-hand visibility and logistics flow through.
- Lead a daily touch base meeting with 2nd production leadership to ensure in-process jobs are on track to the ship date and are status’ed for 1st shift.
- React to unplanned disruptions to manufacturing that impact job schedules through strategic realignment
- of resources and/or pivot planning.
Position Qualifications
Required
- 1+ years of professional work experience in manufacturing or supporting planning. Experience with MRP driven environments, ERP systems.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.

This is a full-time salaried position with a flexible pay rate based on experience.
