How you’ll make an impact in this roleOrchestrate the patient’s entire journey by leading the check-in/out process and phone triage, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, efficient, and professional.
Mastermind the practice’s revenue cycle by dropping claims, resolving billing holds, and managing referrals to ensure the financial health of the clinic and timely care for patients.
Optimize front-office workflows by identifying bottlenecks in real-time and implementing solutions that keep the team productive and the patient wait times low.
Sustain clinical readiness by proactively managing medical and office supply inventories, ensuring the team always has the resources needed to provide uninterrupted care.
Bridge the gap between clinical needs and administrative execution, acting as the primary liaison for physicians to ensure the practice runs as a high-performing unit.
Education:
Customer experience preferred. Front office experience preferred.
