• Direct the Revenue Cycle Ecosystem by orchestrating the daily flow of billing and collections functions to maximize departmental efficiency and cash flow.

• Lead Comprehensive Patient Access Operations by overseeing the end-to-end journey from pre-registration and insurance verification to upfront collections and medical records management.

• Empower Patients through Financial Advocacy by providing expert education on co-pays, deductibles, and coinsurance, acting as the primary liaison between the business office and practice staff.

• Engineer Data Integrity & Compliance by auditing clinical documentation to ensure all authorizations are secured and that patient records are 100% accurate and complete.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Payer Requirements by remaining at the forefront of insurance industry changes, ensuring the practice adapts quickly to new carrier-specific regulations.

• Provide Strategic Administrative Support to the provider, streamlining front-end workflows to allow for an uninterrupted focus on high-quality patient care.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

• Exceptional Financial Communication: The ability to translate complex insurance terminology into clear, compassionate guidance for patients
• End-to-End Billing Mastery: Proven success in managing both front-end (registration/verification) and back-end (collections/billing) medical office operations
