Role Description

We are seeking a Physician (MD or DO) for our men's hormonal health services in an on-site role at our Petaluma, CA location. This position can be full-time or part-time, offering flexibility to meet your needs. Responsibilities include consulting with patients, diagnosing hormonal health issues, prescribing and managing appropriate treatment plans, including testosterone replacement therapies, peptides, GLP-1, ED treatments and overseeing ongoing patient health monitoring. You will collaborate with the medical team to ensure a high standard of care and provide support in enhancing patients' overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Medical expertise in men's health, including experience in hormone therapy and related treatments
• Proficiency in patient diagnosis, treatment planning, and health monitoring
• Strong ability to communicate with patients and address individual health concerns effectively
• Excited about the benefits of TRT, peptides, GLP-1s, and ED services.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and provide mentorship when necessary
• Valid medical license (MD or DO) in the state of California
• Board certification in a relevant specialty is preferred
• Experience in wellness, anti-aging, or related fields is a plus
• Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
• Comfortable with cash based medical services. We do not accept insurance.

Compensation:

Hourly base rate of $100-$120 per hour + a compelling profit sharing program.

Duties:

• Conducting consultations for new patients and interpreting lab results
• Evaluating patients for low testosterone and, under the supervision of a physician, prescribing testosterone therapy to optimize hormone levels.
• Educate patients on the value of peptides and GLP-1s when appropriate.
• Evaluating patients for erectile dysfunction and recommending treatment plans like Gainswave, P-Shot or prescribing medications like Trimix
• Working together with a Medical Assistant(s), Receptionist, and other clinic staff
• Maintaining clinic census goals
• Complying with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
• Providing continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.
