An innovative and rapidly growing wound care practice in Beaumont, Texas is seeking an Acute Care Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help build and grow a comprehensive wound care program across both outpatient clinic and hospital settings.

Position Highlights
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Typical hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Opportunity to work weekends for additional income if desired
- Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient rounding

Compensation
- Base salary starting around $120,000 to $130,000+
- Productivity incentives tied to patient volume
- High earning potential with several APPs earning $300,000+ annually
- Unlimited PTO within a collaborative team environment

Qualifications
Preferred
- Acute Care Certified Nurse Practitioner strongly preferred
- Physician Assistants will also be considered
- Ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Experience
Wound care experience is NOT required.
We are highly interested in:
- New graduate Nurse Practitioners with prior ICU or ER RN experience
- Candidates with backgrounds in:
- Critical Care
- Emergency Medicine
- Acute Care
- Wound Care
- Clinicians who understand hospital systems and enjoy relationship building with providers and referral sources
The Opportunity
This practice is actively building a wound care presence in the Beaumont community. The provider hired into this role will play an important part in:
- Growing referral relationships
- Expanding hospital rounding services
- Developing the outpatient wound care clinic
- Helping scale the program as patient volume increases
The organization plans to continue growing the team and adding additional providers over time.
