A growing physical therapy group in Vineland, NJ is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join their group full-time!

Title: Physical Therapist

Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Setting: Outpatient – Physical Therapy / Sports Medicine / Ortho

Location: Vineland, NJ

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, day shift. Must close at least 2 shifts per week. No weekends. Open to 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts.

Pay: $80,000–$110,000 salary based on experience plus full benefits package (PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401k with safeguard match, CEU credits, FSA)

The Physical Therapist administers medically prescribed and necessary physical therapy treatment as determined through a comprehensive evaluation process for patients suffering from injuries or dysfunction of the musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiovascular, and integumentary systems. The goal is to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability by performing the following duties personally or through appropriate delegation to support staff. Duties include:

• Tests and measures patient strength, motor development, sensory perception, functional capacity, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency and records findings.
• Administers physical therapy treatments (including home instruction) within the scope of PT practice and monitors patient responses to treatment.
• Assists in marketing and promotional efforts and events as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program required.
• Open to new graduates and willing to train or must have outpatient experience in a related specialty
• Must possess, or be eligible to receive, New Jersey State Board Physical Therapist license.
