Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
• Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics with general orthopedic caseload across all ages preferred.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload. Client expects daily volumes of approximately 12–15 visits with 3–4 evaluations per day. This is a client-specific requirement.
• Ability to perform common outpatient procedures and modalities typical to an orthopedic practice.
• Preferred: prior travel or float experience and ability to adapt to clinic workflows.
