Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in an outpatient hospital-based rehab setting in Cumming, GA.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Georgia Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, including outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Required: AHA BLS certification.
• Required: Lymphedema certification.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary outpatient departments or with specialty services such as Certified Hand Therapy (CHT), wound care, vestibular, aquatics, sports-related therapy, Parkinson's care, MBS & FEES studies is preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Hospital - Outpatient Rehab Services.
• Shift name: Days.
• Shift pattern: Four 10-hour day shifts per week (4x10).
• Schedule: Monday through Friday; typical schedule noted as 8:00 AM–6:15 PM, hours may vary due to department needs.
• Assignment length: 13 weeks.
• Candidate must be willing to work in an outpatient multidisciplinary department that includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology.
• Local candidates within 50 miles are limited; remote or travel candidates are encouraged to apply.
