Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • One year of professional experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is required.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience providing therapy in post-acute or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Experience with documentation systems common to SNF settings preferred.

  • Shift details: Days 0830-1630.
  • Schedule: 5x8.
