Job Summary

Connections Physical Therapy is seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to step into and expand a unique, established program developed in collaboration with Sturdy OBGYN.

The foundation is already in place - strong referral flow, provider relationships, and a proven model - creating an opportunity to build something meaningful and scalable.

The therapist who launched this program has created an exceptional framework and is relocating out of state, leaving a rare opportunity for the right clinician to take ownership and continue its evolution.
