Schedule: Day shift | Full-time | 8am-5pm flex schedule | Preferably Tuesday - Saturday w/ rotating holidays.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans that address mobility limitations, pain management, and functional recovery goals.

• Perform thorough initial and ongoing assessments to track progress and adjust care plans to support safe, efficient recovery.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that restore strength, balance, and independence across acute and post-surgical populations.

• Engage patients and families in the rehabilitation process to build confidence, encourage participation, and promote successful discharge outcomes.

• Lead and mentor physical therapy assistants, students, and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care aligned with best practices.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.

• Acute care experience.
