We’re seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) who is passionate about delivering high-level, evidence-based care while also shaping the next generation of clinicians. If you naturally find yourself coaching teammates or guiding students in the clinic, this is your chance to lean into that strength. With an average of fewer than 12 patients per day and a power scheduling model, you’ll have the time and autonomy to lead by example and provide truly individualized care.

• Serving as a mentor to early-career therapists and students, helping translate knowledge into confident, high-quality practice. 
• Partner with leadership on clinical development initiatives.
• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Board Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS)

Compensation:$80K-90K + potential Sign On Bonus of up to $5k + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$8k per year, average less than 12 patients per day, and virtually unlimited CEUs! Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
