We’re seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) who is passionate about delivering high-level, evidence-based care while also shaping the next generation of clinicians. If you naturally find yourself coaching teammates or guiding students in the clinic, this is your chance to lean into that strength. You’ll play a key role in mentorship and development, working alongside a team that values clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth. With an average of fewer than 12 patients per day and a power scheduling model, you’ll have the time and autonomy to lead by example and provide truly individualized care.

About:Compensation:$80K-90K + potential Sign On Bonus of up to $5k + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$8k per year, average less than 12 patients per day, and virtually unlimited CEUs! Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
