Position: Physical Therapist

Location: Greene, NY 13778

Job Type: Contract

Contract: 04/06/2026 – 07/04/2026 (13 weeks with strong possibility of extension)

Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Guaranteed hours per week: 40.00

Pay: Up to $3000/weekly


Pride Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for a contract opportunity in Greene, NY. This role supports an Occupational Medicine program and includes working between an onsite clinic and a manufacturing/warehouse environment focusing on injury prevention, early intervention, and return-to-work programs.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Assess patient strength, limitations, and functional needs using standardized testing methods

• Implement and modify treatment plans based on patient progress

• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records and meet compliance standards

• Provide education to patients on treatment plans, safety practices, and injury prevention

• Participate in care coordination with healthcare teams and workplace HR partners

• Support return-to-work programs, work hardening routines, and injury prevention initiatives

• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants when necessary


Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Active or eligible New York Physical Therapist License

BLS Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross)

• Experience in a clinical healthcare setting


Preferred Experience:

• Occupational medicine or industrial health experience

• Ergonomic evaluations and injury prevention programs

• OSHA training or functional capacity evaluations

• Experience working independently in workplace health environments
