What the Physical Therapist / DPT will be doing:

• Services Provided: Physical Therapy, Sports Science, Pediatric Services, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
• Provide comprehensive evaluation of functional limitations and areas of pain.
• Design a treatment plan based on your sport or movement needs and goals

Qualifications for the Physical Therapist / DPT:

• Licensed Physical Therapist / DPT (required)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
