Physical Therapist

Novasphere Technology Solutions LTD.
Dubuque, IA

Overview

Join an independent, out-of-network pelvic therapy clinic that prioritizes quality of care over patient volume. We offer a unique, low-volume environment where you can focus on high-quality, individualized treatment in a cash-based practice.

This role is designed for a clinician who values deep patient relationships and a holistic approach to healing—combining traditional manual therapy with craniosacral and visceral manipulation. Whether you are an experienced pelvic health specialist or a motivated recent graduate, we provide a supportive, tight-knit culture with structured mentorship and weekly case discussions to ensure your professional growth.

  • Patient Load: 5–7 patients per day.
  • Session Length: 60-minute, one-on-one sessions.
  • The Model: Out-of-network (no insurance-based documentation headaches).

Responsibilities

  • Clinical Care: Assess and treat a variety of pelvic health conditions, including postpartum recovery, pelvic floor dysfunction, chronic pain, incontinence, and prolapse.
  • Holistic Treatment: Apply a combination of manual therapy techniques (including visceral and craniosacral work), therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
  • Collaboration: Participate in weekly case discussions and collaborate with our in-house shockwave therapy team to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Caseload Management: Support the growth of your caseload through clinical excellence, patient education, and community engagement (workshops, talks, and local referrals).
  • Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation focused on clinical progress rather than insurance compliance.
  • Patient Focus: Primarily treat female patients, with the opportunity to treat male cases as your skills and comfort levels allow.

Qualifications

  • Education & Licensure: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent with a current Iowa PT license (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Clinical Interest: A strong passion for hands-on, holistic care. Previous experience in pelvic health is a plus, but we are happy to provide mentorship for the right candidate.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and teaching skills; you must be able to explain complex concepts to patients clearly and empathetically.
  • Mindset: Motivated to grow professionally, contribute to a collaborative team, and engage with the local community to build a reputation for excellence.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a small, relational clinic environment that values autonomy and clinical curiosity.
