In this dynamic role, you will:
- Provide expert outpatient orthopedic care (post-op rehab, chronic pain management)
- Develop personalized, goal-oriented care plans for patients
- Manage multi-visit treatment plans with a focus on patient engagement and outcomes
- Collaborate with wellness professionals to achieve holistic patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic standards
- Pursue professional growth through clinical specialization or leadership opportunities
To be successful in this position, you must possess:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in New York (or currently in the licensure process)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree preferred (Master’s required)
- Hospital affiliations that support referral relationships
- Board certifications, professional memberships, or published work are a plus
- Familiarity with online scheduling platforms (e.g., Zocdoc) is a plus
- Bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish or Arabic) are a strong plus
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, with at least 2 Saturdays per month
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full-time salary: $85K–$105K
