1. A Collaborative Therapy Culture
At The Village at Summerville, therapy is fully integrated into the daily life of the community. As part of Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina (PCSC), you join an in-house therapy model built on mission—not quotas—and a culture rooted in collaboration, trust, and shared purpose, where clinicians remain part of one community rather than rotating between facilities.
The Summerville therapy team is known for its welcoming environment, strong clinical collaboration, and commitment to delivering meaningful, patient-centered care. Whether working full-time or PRN, clinicians are valued contributors to the team and the broader community.
2. Why Clinicians Choose PCSC
Clinician-Guided Care
· Treatment is guided by clinical judgment and patient goals, within a therapist-directed plan of care—not corporate productivity mandates.
True Interdisciplinary Collaboration
· Clinicians work closely with nursing, physicians, and the broader team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
Flexibility with Support
· PRN clinicians benefit from scheduling flexibility while still being part of a consistent, team-oriented environment where communication and collaboration are prioritized.
