About the Role

The Worx Outpatient Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team in Logan, Utah. This role offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one, patient-centered care with a low patient-to-therapist ratio, allowing you to focus on quality outcomes rather than volume.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Guide patients through individualized therapeutic exercise programs
  • Monitor, document, and report patient progress and responses to treatment
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety practices
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient goals
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities
Qualifications

Required:

  • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current or eligible PTA license in the state of Utah
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

Preferred:

  • Previous clinical experience (new graduates encouraged to apply)
