Job Summary

We are seeking a Photolithography Fab Operator to support thin-film manufacturing operations within a cleanroom environment. This role involves processing substrates using photolithography techniques, operating specialized laboratory equipment, maintaining accurate production records, and supporting quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or laboratory setting.


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom or laboratory manufacturing environment.
  • Basic computer skills including data entry and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures and written instructions.
  • Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.



Key Responsibilities

  • Operate photolithography and thin-film processing equipment in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
  • Perform substrate cleaning, etching, plating, and patterning using manual and semi-automated processes.
  • Utilize tools such as microscopes, masking aligners, X-ray equipment, beta scope, alpha step, and other measurement instruments to support manufacturing operations.
  • Work with photoresist materials, chemicals, and related processing solutions following established procedures.
  • Record process data, inspection results, and quality measurements accurately in internal systems.
  • Inspect substrates and products to ensure compliance with quality and manufacturing specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while strictly following laboratory safety procedures


Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed primarily in a cleanroom or laboratory environment with required safety attire.
  • Regular use of microscopes, measurement tools, and laboratory equipment.
  • May require standing, walking, bending, and repetitive hand movements for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift materials up to approximately 20 pounds.
  • Exposure to manufacturing equipment, chemicals, solvents, and controlled laboratory conditions.
  • Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on operational needs.
