Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Photographer to join our in-house Studio team. The Photographer will bring creativity and strong technical expertise to The Source production team. This role captures photography across a wide range of disciplines, including lifestyle, architectural, food, conceptual brand, portraiture, and events. Depending on the size and scope of each project, the Photographer may work independently or lead a small crew. Final deliverables reflect high industry standards and a strong creative vision.   • Execute high-volume work, often on short notice, while maintaining strong creative vision and communication.
  • Work directly with the Creative Director and Agency Producer.
  • Follow brand-specific style guides to ensure consistency of visual imagery.
  • Combine creative thinking with technical skills to produce compelling visual content.
  • Stay current with industry trends, innovation, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with on-site and in-house creative teams to understand and execute creative direction.
  • Work independently on-site across Caesars properties while coordinating remotely with the in-house creative team.
  • Maintain workflows that support efficiency, creative flexibility, and high-volume production.
  • Maintain and organize photography equipment and lighting.
  • Download, manage, and archive project media.
  • Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders regarding expectations and best practices.
  • Demonstrate expertise in cameras, lighting, tools, technical software, and image capture systems.
  • Capture content across multiple formats, frame rates, and aspect ratios based on project needs.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
