Schedule: Full-time | Day Shift

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Assure appropriate selection, dosing, administration and monitoring of medication orders under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
  • Review, verify and enter physician orders into the patient medication profile.
  • Manage medication therapy protocols as a part of physician-pharmacist-nurse team.
  • Compound and dispense medications accurately for delivery to patient care areas.
  • Provide medication information and education to medical staff and patients.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Pharmacist obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Enrolled OR graduate of an accredited Pharmacy degree program required.
