** LOCATION: Onsite Role at 5101 Jeff Commerce Drive Louisville, KY 40219


** DURATION: 3 months + Contract with high possibility of extension!


** WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Potential overtime required


Work Arrangement:

  • Week 1: Onsite side-by-side training
  • After Training: Remote with onsite rotation 2–3 days per month



Pay Rate: $19.00/hr.


Position Summary

This role supports pharmacy fulfillment operations within a highly automated refill center. Employees will follow on-screen instructions to accurately pick, pack, sort, and prepare prescription orders for shipment while maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations and quality standards.

The position is ideal for candidates with:

  • Warehouse experience
  • Production experience
  • Order fulfillment experience
  • Shipping and receiving experience
  • Pharmacy support experience


Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment
  • Process prescription orders for shipping
  • Follow system prompts to accurately pick and pack orders
  • Fold and insert required paperwork with prescriptions
  • Sort completed orders by location
  • Place orders into shipping totes
  • Warehouse Operations
  • Receive and process inventory
  • Load products for shipment
  • Maintain workflow to achieve daily production goals
  • Assist with general warehouse functions
  • Compliance & Quality
  • Follow HIPAA regulations and pharmacy procedures
  • Ensure patient privacy and medication accuracy
  • Follow company SOPs and quality standards
  • Identify, report, and escalate operational issues when needed

Job Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Must be able to lift and carry 20–25 lbs.
  • Must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks
  • Must be willing to obtain a Kentucky Board of Pharmacy Technician License after hire (approximately $25 cost)
  • Must be able to meet productivity and quality standards
