Job Summary:
Oncology Pharmacist responsible for reviewing and optimizing chemotherapy regimens, ensuring compliance with USP 797/800 standards, and supporting safe sterile compounding practices. Works closely with providers and nursing staff to validate orders, manage chemotherapy inventory, reduce waste, and maintain regulatory compliance
Job Requirements:
Licensed Registered Pharmacist in New York State
PGY2 Oncology Residency/BCOP or 1–5+ years’ experience in chemotherapy regimen preparation and evaluation
Experienced in USP 797 & USP 800 compliance and developing processes for sterile compounding regulations
