AccuMix Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Representative to help expand our weight loss, wellness, and peptide-related product offerings through established relationships with private medical practices, wellness clinics, obesity medicine providers, primary care offices, med spas, and other cash-pay healthcare businesses.
This position is ideal for someone who already has a strong network in the healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, med spa, primary care, obesity medicine, or functional medicine space and understands how to build referral relationships with providers and clinic owners.
The right candidate will be able to introduce AccuMix Pharmacy’s services to qualified practices, explain our value professionally, develop long-term relationships, and help generate new business opportunities in the medical weight loss, wellness, and peptide markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business relationships with private practices, wellness clinics, obesity medicine providers, primary care offices, med spas, hormone clinics, functional medicine practices, and other relevant healthcare businesses.
- Use existing industry relationships to create introductions and generate qualified opportunities.
- Identify clinics and providers that may benefit from pharmacy support for weight loss, wellness, and peptide-related product offerings.
- Schedule meetings with physicians, clinic owners, practice managers, medical directors, and wellness business decision-makers.
- Present AccuMix Pharmacy’s services professionally and clearly.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and referral partners.
- Work with the AccuMix team to support onboarding of new provider accounts.
- Track outreach activity, conversations, leads, and follow-up status.
- Represent AccuMix Pharmacy in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner.
Ideal Candidate

- Concierge medicine practices
- Cash-pay healthcare businesses
- The strongest candidates will have prior experience in healthcare sales, medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, med spa sales, wellness sales, provider relations, physician liaison work, business development, or patient acquisition.
Qualifications
- Prior sales, marketing, or business development experience in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, pharmaceutical sales, med spa, medical weight loss, or a related field.
- Established network with private practices, wellness clinics, obesity medicine providers, primary care clinics, or med spas.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to confidently speak with physicians, clinic owners, practice managers, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Professional appearance and communication style.
- Comfortable with outreach, follow-up, meetings, and relationship-based sales.
- Knowledge of weight loss, wellness, peptides, hormone health, functional medicine, or aesthetic medicine is strongly preferred.
Compensation
This role may be structured as a commission-based, base-plus-commission, or contract business development position, depending on the candidate’s experience, network, and expected level of involvement.
High-performing candidates with strong existing relationships may have significant income potential.
