This IP Litigation Attorney role offers the opportunity to work on complex pharmaceutical patent litigation, including Hatch-Waxman matters, within a collaborative and high-performing team. Key Responsibilities
• Handle pharmaceutical patent litigation matters, including Hatch-Waxman disputes
• Provide strategic counseling to clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex IP litigation strategies
• Assist with case management, discovery, and trial preparation
• Work closely with experts and technical advisors in scientific fields
• Support all phases of litigation from pre-suit analysis through trial

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience as an IP Litigation Attorney or Patent Litigation Attorney
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Undergraduate degree in biology, chemistry, or a related life sciences field
• Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences patent litigation preferred
• Registration with the USPTO or ability to qualify is a plus
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
