PFA Program Coordinator

Accountable for the development and implementation of access-related programs and the transition of programs from new initiatives to operational norms. Responsible for creating or modifying applicable policies; developing workflows in Visio and standard operating procedures with appropriate tip sheets for all areas of responsibility. Serves as project manager for projects within scope of responsibility to ensure program is developed, communications for key stakeholders are defined, prepared and executed and training is planned and executed for all impacted team members.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in related healthcare or business area required. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum three (3) years experience in healthcare setting, and in Access preferred.

Licensure: None

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.

The starting base rate for this role is $61,462.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
