Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Lines Account Executive, based in Bonita Springs, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Personal Lines Account Executive will manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, assist clients with their personal insurance needs, and ensure a seamless experience by coordinating claims, renewals, and other services. Day-to-day responsibilities also include providing expert recommendations, responding promptly to inquiries, and maintaining accurate client records.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and interpersonal communication
  • Knowledge of personal lines of insurance, risk management, and claims handling
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple accounts
  • Technical skills with insurance agency management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to meet deadlines and provide proactive solutions to clients
  • Florida 2-20 and relevant certifications are preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus
