Key Responsibilities
• Draft persuasive motions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery in personal injury litigation matters.
• Conduct detailed legal research to develop trial strategies.
• Prepare cases for mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings.
• Work closely with experts regarding liability, damages, and medical evidence.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and jury trials.
• Progressively take ownership of depositions, motion arguments, and portions of trial presentations.
• Maintain litigation files in a trial-ready posture at all stages of the case.
• Collaborate with litigation teams and support staff to manage high-volume cases efficiently.

Qualifications
• 0–5 years of experience as a Litigation Associate Attorney, Civil Litigation Associate, or General Litigation Attorney.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar, or eligible state bars including Arizona, Colorado, or New Mexico.
• Strong legal writing ability for motions, briefs, discovery responses, and legal memoranda.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities in litigation matters.
• High level of ambition, discipline, and professional accountability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with litigation teams and support staff.
• Familiarity with Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence preferred.
• Spanish bilingual ability is considered a strong advantage.
