Location: Century City, Los Angeles, CA (onsite, 5 days/week; planned move to Brentwood in 2026)
Compensation: $125,000 – $250,000 base salary

About The Role
Our client, a growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Los Angeles, is seeking a
Pre-Litigation Attorney to oversee a high-volume caseload and play a key role in early-stage case development and resolution.
This position is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys client interaction, and has a strong understanding of personal injury claims from intake through pre-litigation resolution. You’ll work closely with leadership and support staff to evaluate cases, manage strategy, and drive favorable outcomes prior to litigation.
Compensation & Structure
- Base salary ranging from $125,000 – $250,000, depending on experience
- No commission structure tied to settlements
- 25% of net attorney fees on cases personally originated
- W2 or 1099 options available depending on candidate preference (benefits available for W2 employees)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a high-volume pre-litigation caseload (300–400 cases)
- Evaluate liability, damages, and overall case value
- Communicate directly with clients regarding case status, expectations, and strategy
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing parties
- Review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
- Work closely with paralegals and case managers to ensure efficient file handling
- Identify cases appropriate for escalation into litigation and collaborate with litigation team
- Maintain organized workflows and ensure timely progression of all matters

What We’re Looking For
- Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
- Experience handling personal injury pre-litigation matters preferred

- Comfortable working in a fully onsite, fast-paced environment
