A boutique personal injury law firm in Rock Hill, SC is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join their growing team. Responsibilities
- Manage and organize case files from intake through resolution, including pre-litigation and litigation phases
- Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and correspondence
- Coordinate medical record and bill requests; summarize records and prepare demand packages
- Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, opposing counsel, and court staff
- Calendar and track deadlines, hearings, depositions, and statutes of limitations
- Assist attorneys in deposition and trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination
- Maintain case management software and ensure files are current and accurate
Qualifications
- 5+ years of paralegal experience in personal injury, with demonstrated knowledge of the full case lifecycle
- Familiarity with South Carolina civil procedure and court filing requirements required
- Experience with North Carolina courts and procedure a significant plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or ACP/paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail and minimal supervision

Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
