Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our growing Dallas-based personal injury practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal who enjoys litigation, takes ownership of cases, and wants to be part of a fast-moving, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence
• Manage case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars
• Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and experts
• Assist with discovery responses, trial prep, mediations, and depositions
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical case files

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal (personal injury preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Texas civil litigation procedures and deadlines
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) is required
