We are currently seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney. This is a full-time, on-site role for a seasoned personal injury attorney who will represent clients in legal proceedings, draft legal documents, advise clients, negotiate settlements and take cases to trial. You will handle your own caseload, while working in a collaborative, supportive work environment.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a seasoned personal injury or insurance defense litigation attorney located in Oklahoma City, OK. You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, advise clients, and negotiate settlements. Handle your caseload (with help from the team) and be reachable via text or call for your clients.
Qualifications:
Expertise in personal injury law and/or insurance defense litigation
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional and compassionate client service
Ability to manage caseload from beginning to end
Ability to work effectively individually or in a team environment and collaborate with outside counsel, adjustors and clients
Must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in Oklahoma
