Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Litigation Attorney to join our team on-site in Houston, TX. This role centers on personal injury litigation, with exposure to the firm's other practice areas as needed. The attorney will manage an active caseload from intake through resolution and handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting motions, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court and at trial. Additional responsibilities include advising clients, maintaining clear case communication, ensuring legal compliance, and securing optimal outcomes through negotiation or litigation strategy.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas, in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedure and substantive law
• Demonstrated experience drafting and filing motions and pleadings
• Familiarity with court procedures and legal documentation
• Skilled in conducting depositions and preparing cases for trial
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Prior experience in personal injury litigation is highly preferred

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $115,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience

Location

• This is an on-site role based at our current office at 1111 N Loop W, Houston, TX 77008. In approximately 6 to 8 months, the firm will be relocating to a new office at 11011 Jones Rd, Houston, TX 77070.
