Our Managing Attorney, Patrick Scott, is Board Certified in Personal Injury. He is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Responsibilities
· Take Defendant depositions (e.g. individual defendants, commercial motor vehicle drivers, corporate representatives)
· Attend and argue adversarial hearings
· Must be comfortable handling case strategy independently
· Collaborate with a high-performing litigation support team
· Prepare cases for trial and serve as first or second chair
Skills and Qualifications
· J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Texas
· Texas litigation experience preferred
· Strong desire to become proficient in Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence

Salary range $115,000 - $150,000; depending on experience.
