Personal Injury Attorney (MA/RI)

We are an active and growing trial firm seeking an experienced attorney who is ready to take ownership of a meaningful personal injury caseload and help deliver outstanding results for injured clients and their families.

Since 1981, Ballin Law has been a results-driven plaintiff personal injury firm committed to fighting for injured clients and their families. We have a long-standing focus on representing first responders, law enforcement officers, and working families throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Our firm is growing rapidly, and we are seeking an experienced personal injury attorney who can take ownership of their own caseload, move files efficiently, evaluate cases strategically, and help deliver major results for our clients.

This is not an entry-level attorney role. We are looking for someone who can independently manage a substantial personal injury caseload from start to finish including litigation matters with strong staff support and the help of the rest of our experienced trial attorneys.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Massachusetts or Rhode Island law license in good standing.
• 3–10+ years of personal injury, litigation, insurance defense, or civil litigation experience.
• Ability to independently manage a meaningful caseload.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong organization, time-management, and follow-through.
• Sound judgment in evaluating liability, damages, coverage, and settlement value.
• Interest in developing into a stronger litigation and trial attorney.
• Ability to work well with support staff and take ownership of outcomes.
• Workers’ compensation experience is a plus.
