Associate Attorney – Personal Injury (Houston Heights)

Haque Law is a plaintiff's personal injury firm based in the Houston Heights, and we're looking for an Associate Attorney who's ready to do real lawyer work, not just push paper. We handle auto accident cases on contingency, which means our outcomes matter. So do our clients.

We want someone who treats people right, fights hard for them, and takes pride in owning their cases from sign-up to settlement. If you're hungry to grow with a firm that invests in its team, we want to talk.

What you'll do

Run your own caseload of personal injury matters, from intake through resolution.
Evaluate new cases, decide what we sign, and flag what belongs in litigation.
Negotiate with adjusters and push for the best result possible for every client.
Build case strategy alongside firm leadership and contribute on the tougher files.
Keep clean, accurate records in Filevine (familiarity is a plus, training provided if not).
Stay sharp on Texas personal injury law and the trends shaping our practice.

What we're looking for

JD from an accredited law school and active Texas bar admission.
At least 2 years of personal injury experience on the plaintiff's side.
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Comfort with Lexis or Westlaw.
A real negotiator. Someone who can hold the line with adjusters and close strong.
Team player who can also drive their own work without hand-holding.
High ethical standards and genuine care for the people we represent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
