• Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000, based on experience, + uncapped earning potential based on performance and productivity

A Day in the Life of the Associate Attorney

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters, primarily auto injury claims. You’ll work independently while collaborating with internal support teams to drive efficient case progression and maximize client outcomes. Your work directly contributes to the firm’s mission of delivering high-value results and holding negligent parties accountable.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage 80–100 active pre-litigation personal injury cases
• Handle cases from intake through settlement
• Negotiate directly with insurance carriers
• Communicate with clients and guide them through the claims process
• Develop strategies to increase case value
• Maintain organized case files and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth case progression

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Active Bar license in OR, IA, WA, MN, MT, WY, ID, CO
• Personal injury experience, specifically pre-litigation
• Ability to independently manage 80–100 caseload
• Proven experience handling auto injury claims start-to-finish
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills
• Self-starter with a performance-driven mindset
