What will I be doing?
As a Personal Concierge, you will be responsible for assisting guests with a variety of requests, offering personalized and tailored recommendations, and ensuring every detail of their experience exceeds expectations. You will be performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Classification: Full-Time
Shift: Various – must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate: The rate of pay for this role is $30.9833- $41.3111 and is based on applicable and specialized experience.
Union Position: This position is part of the Local 6 Union which requires complete open availability. We are not able to accommodate schedule restrictions and full-time hours are not guaranteed. Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established. You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week.

We are looking for a Personal Concierge who is committed to the elevated standards expected at our Forbes 5-Star hotel. This role involves not only performing traditional concierge duties but also engaging proactively with guests as part of our exclusive Personal Concierge Program. You will be reaching out to guests before their stay to gather information about their preferences and needs. With this personalized information, you will create bespoke itineraries and offer tailored recommendations, ensuring that every guest’s experience is seamlessly curated.
