As a Periodontal Treatment Coordinator / Office Manager, you will support the operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. The ideal candidate will be an organized, proactive, and professional individual with a passion to bring treatment to patients.

Office Administration: Manage scheduling, organization, and treatment presentation to patients. Ensure the office is well-organized and supplies are stocked with the help of the clinical team.
Client Relations: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Financial Management: Oversee financial transactions, process payments, and manage budgets. Assist with financial reporting and reconciliation.
Marketing and Outreach: Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and community outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a periodontal environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with patients and staff.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Knowledge of CareStack highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills to keep doctors and hygienists on track to daily schedules.
