This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated perfusionist to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

  • Join an established team
  • Call structure: Divided by 14 perfusionists
  • Practice setting:Inpatient-OR based
  • Employed position within a nonprofit health system
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Perfusion
  • Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
  • Lead assigned staff in operation of extra-corporeal circulation equipment during procedures requiring artificial support or the temporary replacement of circulatory or respiratory functions.
  • Malpractice coverage with tail

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Perfusionist credentialed from the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) obtained within 24 Months (2 years) of hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
