Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pega Architect with hands-on experience in Pega Infinity 8.8.x. The ideal candidate will contribute to developing, developing, and deploying Pega-based solutions and ensure alignment with business requirements and Pega best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Pega applications using Pega Infinity 8.8.x.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and architects to define and deliver technical solutions.
- Translate business requirements into Pega-specific features and components.
- Implement and enforce best practices in design and development.
- Perform peer code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Create reusable rules, components, and frameworks.
- Participate in unit and integration testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly.
Required Skills:
- Pega CSSA Certification (Certified Senior System Architect).
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).
- 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
- Strong expertise in case design, flows, UI, data model, decision, and integration (REST/SOAP).
- Experience in DevOps, CICD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
- Solid understanding of Pega guardrails and performance tuning.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
