Pediaprogress is a dynamic, multidisciplinary team of pediatric therapists passionate about helping children reach their full potential. We provide high-quality physical, occupational, and speech-language therapy services to children from birth to 18 years. As a credentialed provider with the Illinois Early Intervention program, we offer therapy both in-home (near our office or therapist locations) and in our spacious, light-filled clinic.

OT Position Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA accredited university
- Current Illinois OT license
- Illinois Early Intervention credential required (or willing to obtain)
- Experience working with children who have sensory processing disorders
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds and stand on feet for many hours
OT Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and produce detailed written reports
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
- Provide therapy services in our clinic and/or in children’s homes and day cares
- Communicate regularly with caregivers to discuss progress and offer strategies for at-home carryover
- Set measurable goals and update treatment plans as needed to reflect progress and evolving needs
- Attend and actively contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings
- Meet established productivity expectations
- Collaborate with fellow therapists and openly share knowledge and best practices
- Provide coverage for colleagues when needed
- Maintain active Illinois occupational therapy licensure, including completion of required continuing education hours
- Participate in internal team committees and initiatives
- Engage in collaborative efforts with team members and community partners
