Our client is hiring 10 Level 1 PC Techniciansto support a large‑scale technology refresh across hospitals and medical offices. This project involves upgrading and reimaging7,000+ devicesacross healthcare facilities. Travel between sites is minimal, and schedules are consistent. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience indesktop support, imaging, hardware troubleshooting, and device deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performdesktop supportfor end users in clinical environments
  • CompletePC imagingand reimaging for large‑scale rollout
  • Handlehardware installation, replacement, and configuration
  • Troubleshoot basichardware and softwareissues
  • Assist withdeploymentof upgraded devices across multiple sites
  • Document work performed and escalate issues when needed

Qualifications

  • Experience withWindows imaging toolsand standard deployment processes
  • Strong understanding ofPC hardware components
  • Ability to follow structured troubleshooting steps
  • Prior experience in ahospital or doctor’s officeis a plus
  • Reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working 100% onsite
Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Pittsburgh, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
